Building a strong foundation and developing solid goals is fundamental to success. Because of this, the Implementation Phase consists of clearly identifying your Vision.  Key questions are asked and conversations occur to help you realize your vision. One example might be… If you had the perfect office five years from now, what would it look like?  What are your fundamental values and what do you enjoy doing most.
Once we know where you are going, we can identify the starting point.  This point will be unique to each practice, and each client creates a custom plan, with Dr. Walker.  Based on the doctor’s Vision, systems are put in place to produce immediate and long-term success.
It has been our experience that there is often a breakdown between the dentist’s Vision and keeping the dental team focused on the most important areas crucial to success. Your custom plan will provide specific measurable actions by which you can provide laser focus to your team. A short and focused time each day is set aside for the doctor to review daily progress and ensure that staff members are accountable and focused. A monthly monitor lets everyone know how efficiently the Vision is progressing forward.  Together they evaluate and focus on the actions which provide the greatest results.

ANNUAL SUPPORT
This support helps our clients continue developing their Vision and take steps to avoid the plateau and eventual decline that many dental practices experience.  This phase encourages the continuation of a strong mentoring relationship between Dr. Walker and you by establishing a custom plan for the next 12 months.  Your practice tracking systems are monitored each month, email communication continues and periodic phone calls are scheduled.
